Victor Alex

Victor Alex is an experienced professional in the field of monitoring, evaluation, and development, currently serving as the Monitoring and Evaluation Knowledge Management Officer at Action Africa Help International since July 2020. Previously, Victor worked as a Research Consultant at Infotrak Research and Consulting for a brief period in late 2021. Victor co-founded and coordinated programs for the African Youth Action Network from June 2015 to December 2021 and also held the position of Monitoring Evaluation Learning and Accountability Officer at the Centre for Democracy and Development from 2018 to July 2020. Victor holds a Master of Arts in Development Studies from Uganda Martyrs University, attained in 2023, and a bachelor's degree from Kyambogo University, completed in 2015.
