Tara Karim is an aspiring professional with a diverse background in scientific research and emergency medical services. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the Glueck Lab at Dartmouth College, Tara focused on synthesizing a metal catalyst to enhance asymmetric nitrile hydration for pharmaceutical applications. Additionally, Tara served as a Learning Fellow and Tutor, engaging students in Biology and Spanish while developing innovative teaching methods. With extensive experience as an Emergency Medical Technician for Dartmouth EMS, Tara provided essential life support and facilitated training for peers, while also holding positions as Provider Development Officer and Operations Officer. Tara's hands-on experience includes working as an Emergency Department Technician at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, where responsibilities encompassed patient care and clinical data collection. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Studies and Biology from Dartmouth College.

Action Ambulance holds true to this philosophy today.
