Courtney Little

Courtney Little is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently working at Action Behavior Centers since August 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a Clinical Practicum Student and Intensive Residential Technician at Residential Opportunities Inc from September 2022 to June 2024, as well as serving as President of the Student Autism Alliance of Michigan, where responsibilities included task delegation, financial management, and event coordination from August 2022 to April 2024. Courtney's background also features hands-on experience as a Registered Behavior Technician at Kalamazoo Autism Center from August 2020 to August 2023, and as a Research Assistant at Western Michigan University focusing on behavior analytic supervision practices between June 2020 and April 2022. Additional roles include a Job Coach in Autism Services, a Teaching Assistant for Abnormal and Child Psychology, and multiple practicum positions as a Behavioral Therapist.
