Derryn Hebert

Derryn Hebert has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. In 2012, they worked as a Strength and Conditioning Coach at Deer Park ISD, where they educated young athletes on proper weightlifting and speed techniques. From 2014 to 2014, they served as a Promotions and Fan Engagement Intern at Texas Tech University, where they planned events and collaborated with vendors. At Target from 2015 to 2017, Derryn was an Executive Manager, overseeing the sales floor and driving sales through strategic planning and vendor collaboration. Derryn then joined Texas Teachers from 2017 to 2019, where they worked in Certification and Compliance. Currently, Derryn is employed at Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism. Derryn started as an Operations Manager in 2019 and was later promoted to Group Operations Manager in 2021. In their current role as Regional Director of Operations, they provide support to Operations Managers, conducts meetings, communicates key performance indicators, and facilitates hiring processes.
