Dr. Charna Mintz

Dr. Charna Mintz is a highly experienced professional in the field of behavioral psychology, currently serving as Chief Clinical Officer at Action Behavior Centers since February 2021. Prior to this role, Dr. Mintz held various leadership positions, including Vice President of Pacific Northwest Clinical Operations at Caravel Autism Health and Executive Director at Imagine Behavioral & Developmental Services, where expertise was applied in developing comprehensive interventions for individuals with developmental disabilities. With extensive experience in consulting and behavioral analysis, including positions as Clinical Director at LEARN Foundation for Autism and Chief Behavior Analyst at The Columbus Organization, Dr. Mintz has demonstrated a commitment to enhancing service delivery models and training for educational institutions and agencies. Dr. Mintz earned a Ph.D. and MA in Behavioral Psychology from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a BS in Education from Indiana University Bloomington.
