Hiedi Kunde

Hiedi Kunde, MS, BCBA, LBA has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for autism. Hiedi is currently serving as the Senior Clinical Director at Action Behavior Centers, where they have been in this role since September 2023. Prior to that, they were the Clinical Director at the same company starting from September 2022. Before joining Action Behavior Centers, Hiedi worked at Behavioral Innovations as the Senior Director of Clinical Services from March 2022 to August 2022, and as a Clinical Director from July 2021 to March 2022. Hiedi also served as a Clinical Director at BlueSprig from March 2021 to July 2021 and as a Clinical Supervisor from June 2020 to March 2021. Hiedi's ABA experience also includes working at Therapy and Beyond as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst from August 2018 to March 2020 and as a Registered Behavior Technician from March 2018 to August 2018. Hiedi started their ABA career as a Registered Behavior Technician at Behavioral Innovations, where they worked from 2015 to 2017. Prior to entering the field of ABA therapy, Hiedi worked as a Mental Health Counselor at United Health Systems from 2013 to 2014.

Hiedi Kunde, MS, BCBA, LBA earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from American Public University System from 2012 to 2014. Hiedi further pursued their education at Capella University, where they obtained a Master of Psychology degree with a focus on Applied Behavior Analysis from 2016 to 2018.
