Katrina Palmieri

Katrina Palmieri has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Katrina is currently serving as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Action Behavior Centers, where they lead a recruitment team focused on supporting ABA therapy for Autism. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition for Diagnostics, North America at Labcorp, overseeing recruitment operations for multiple facilities and departments. Katrina also has experience in talent acquisition at DaVita Kidney Care, where they held various leadership positions and managed staffing for multiple business units. Earlier in their career, Katrina worked at Connextions as a Sr. Legal & Compliance Generalist, Recruitment Manager, and Human Resources Generalist. Katrina has a strong background in compliance, investigations, and responding to legal claims.

Katrina Palmieri earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from the University of Phoenix between 2010 and 2014. In addition, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the SHRM-Society for Human Resources Management in 2013.
