Renata Golawski

Renata Golawski is an experienced Training Manager currently at Action Drill and Blast since April 2022. Previously, Renata served as a Training Supervisor at BHP from January 2020 to June 2022, and as a Learning and Development Specialist at The Pivot Institute from November 2017 to January 2020. Renata's career includes a significant role as L&D Team Lead at INPEX, contributing to the development of new systems for learning and development. Additional roles include Technical Training & Standards Manager at QR National and HR & Training Manager at Animal Resources Centre. Renata holds a Master of Professional Education and Training from Deakin University, a Postgraduate Certificate in Human Resource Management from Murdoch University, a BA in Training and Development from Edith Cowan University, and a Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training from West Coast College of TAFE.
