Claudia Romeo

Claudia Romeo has over a decade of experience in human resources and payroll management, currently serving as Chargée de mission RH at ACTION ENFANCE since September 2016, where responsibilities include managing employment contracts and overseeing personnel administration and payroll variables. Prior to this role, Claudia worked as a Gestionnaire paie, managing a portfolio of establishments, and at CEGEDIM SRH as a Gestionnaire Administratif, handling client absence management and related documentation. Earlier experience includes a role as Assistante RH / Paie at ACTION ENFANCE and as an Agent administratif at TGI Fontainebleau. Claudia holds a Niveau III degree in Human Resources Assistance from IFOCOP and a DEUST in Information Systems and Networks from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
