Jerome Underwood

Jerome Underwood has a diverse work experience spanning several organizations and roles. Jerome began their career at HSBC Commercial Banking in 1989 as a Vice President and worked there until 1998. Following this, they joined Datrose as VP & CFO from 1998 to 2009. In 2009, they joined Rochester City School District as the Senior Director of Youth Development & Family Services, a role they held until 2018. During 2015-2016, they also served as the Minett Professor at Rochester Institute of Technology. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer at Action for a Better Community, Inc.
