Kirsten Heft

Kirsten Heft is an engagement specialist at Action for Children, a role commenced in February 2023. Previously, Kirsten has served as a patient service specialist at NovaCare Rehabilitation from October 2018, progressing to senior patient service specialist. Prior experience includes an administrative assistant position for Reach Out & Read at Nationwide Children's Hospital and office manager at Hometown Service Center and Hometown Luxury Wash & Detail Spa. Kirsten also held the title of brand liaison at Simon Says Stamp and chocolate concierge and assistant manager at Chocolaterie Stam, where notable responsibilities included event promotion and customer engagement. Early roles included work as a cafeteria and recess aide at Westerville City Schools. Kirsten holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising and Communications from Purdue University, obtained in 1990.
