Action for Healthy Kids
Dawn Marie Post currently serves as the Supervisor for the STEPP Program & Facilitation at Action for Healthy Kids, where responsibilities include developing organizational strategies for substance use prevention education. In parallel, Dawn is a Certified Trainer for Positive Coaching Alliance, focusing on coaching development. Previous experience includes a role as Programs Specialist at Aurora Public Schools, where strategic planning and partnerships enhanced support for students, and serving as AVID District Director, Interim Grant Director for the Aurora Postsecondary Pipeline, and ASCENT Advisor, all aimed at improving college access and readiness. Dawn's coaching accolades include being named the 2021 Colorado Boy's 4A Diving Coach of the Year. Dawn holds a Bachelor of Science in Clinical/Medical Social Work from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and a Master's in Recreation Administration from California State University, Chico.
