Project Support Officer, Youth Panel Lead at Action for Race Equality

Victoria graduated from Loughborough University with a master’s degree in security studies, where she learned about the injustices that many marginalised people experience around the world. She is passionate about eradicating inequities around the world.

In 2022, she began working with ARE as a trainee project support officer, intending to strengthen her skills and gain experience in the public sector. She supports the ARE team on the Moving on Up programme.
