The leaders of Action for Race Equality have a range of experiences in different industries, including social media, administration, and customer service. They also have a variety of educational backgrounds, including a degree in French and Spanish with Translation Studies from the University of Hull. These diverse experiences and perspectives help them to effectively lead the company and promote racial equality.
