Tom Weaver

Tom Weaver is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. As Co-Owner of Action Machinery International, Inc. since January 2003, Tom specializes in providing industrial machine tools for the metalworking industry, focusing on metal fabrication and CNC machining equipment. Previously, Tom held the position of Design and Manufacturing Engineer at Skier's Edge Company, contributing to product design and sales. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer at Associated Spring and Krones, where Tom focused on process improvement, project management, and enhancing operational efficiency. Tom holds an MBA in Business Administration from Marquette University and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
