Leslie Tolf

Leslie Tolf currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at The Action Network, a position held since February 2020, contributing to digital mobilization efforts in the non-profit sector. In addition, Leslie is a Board Member and Development Chair for Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) in Prince George's County since August 2018. Prior roles include Chief Executive Officer of the Council of Transition Leaders from 2016 to February 2020 and President of Union Privilege from 1999 to 2016, where significant initiatives included the development of a hardship assistance program and leadership of a mortgage program benefiting union members. Early career experience includes serving as Senior Vice President of Financial Services at Citibank from 1985 to 1993. Leslie holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Columbia Business School and a B.S. in Environmental Education from the University of Michigan.
