Justin Hutchison

Justin Hutchison, CMCA, currently serves as General Manager at Action Property Management since April 2021, bringing extensive experience in property management and operations. Previously, Justin held the position of Director of Operations at FirstService Residential, overseeing the management of LUMINA, a luxury high-rise in San Francisco, with responsibility for a large team of direct and indirect reports. Additional experience includes roles as Resident Relations Manager for the San Lorenzo Unified School District and Operations Manager at Living Spaces Furniture, where Justin managed a high-volume retail location. Early career experiences involved various management positions focused on loss prevention and store operations at Target, Ross Stores, and Montgomery Wards, where Justin received recognition for outstanding achievements. Justin holds an Associate's Degree in Administration of Justice from Chabot Community College and a certification in Interview and Interrogation from Wicklander Zulawski.
