Rhonda Hart

Rhonda Hart is an experienced regional manager with a demonstrated history in property management, currently overseeing a portfolio of 1,400 residential units in coastal Orange County at Action Property Management since December 2013. Responsibilities include preparing multimillion-dollar annual budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining high customer service standards through resident interactions and prompt maintenance responses.
