Valerie Segars

Valerie Segars is the regional manager for Sacramento and Stockton at Action Property Management. Valerie has over 20 years of experience in the property management industry. Valerie began their career in 1996 as the director of operations for Lakeland Management Company. In 2006, they joined M&C Association Management Services, Inc. as a senior community manager. Valerie has been with Action Property Management since 2014.

Valerie Segars reports to Matthew Holbrook, CEO. They work with Matthew Davidson - VP, Urban, Brad Perry - VP of Information Technology, and Diane Pitchers - Director of Management Operations.
