Valerie Segars

Valerie Segars has a strong background in property management. Valerie has worked as a Regional Manager at Action Property Management since March 2014 and previously held the title of Senior Community Manager at M&C Association Management Services, Inc. from June 2006 to March 2014. Before that, Valerie served as the Director of Operations at Lakeland Management Company from January 1996 to 2006. In their roles, Valerie has managed large scale developments including active adult communities, commercial properties, condos, single-family homes, lakes, 24-hour security services, and recreation facilities.
