Shane Withers

Shane Withers has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shane is currently the Vice President and General Manager of Services at Action Target, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Shane worked at Action Target as the Director of IT and Business Intelligence from 2019 to 2023, and as the Director of Install and Project Management from 2014 to 2023.

Before joining Action Target, Shane worked at Boart Longyear where they served as the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence in 2014. During their time there, they played a key role in implementing global training courses, which led to a significant increase in Qlikview usage. Shane also consolidated documentation and information, improving efficiency and accuracy. Additionally, Shane contributed to shaping the company's Business Intelligence strategy and gained approval from top executives.

Before Boart Longyear, Shane worked at Avail Medical Products as an MBA Intern in Business Development in 2008. Prior to that, they held the position of Controller/Production Manager at Jon Fullmer Construction, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. Shane also served as the Customer Service Director at Red Wolf Technologies from 2003 to 2004 and as the Program Director at Scofield Frontier Base, Utah National Parks Council, BSA from 2000 to 2002.

Shane Withers completed their education with a Bachelors of Science degree in Geology from Brigham Young University, where they studied from 1999 to 2002. Furthermore, they obtained an MBA degree with a Finance Emphasis from the same university, attending from 2007 to 2009.
