Déborah FURST

Déborah Furst is currently completing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management at CESI while serving as a Human Resources Project Manager in a work-study position at Bouygues Telecom. Previously, Déborah worked as an HR Assistant at Stellantis and has held various commercial roles at Total, Cora France, and Lidl France. With strong skills in recruitment, absenteeism management, and process optimization, Déborah's efforts at Bouygues Telecom included the recruitment of about 60 customer advisors annually and initiatives to enhance candidate experience.
