Julia Schmitz

Julia Schmitz is a seasoned HR professional currently serving as the HR Country Manager for Germany at Action since October 2023. Prior to this role, Julia held the position of Head of HR at Techno Design GmbH from August 2022 to September 2023. Julia's extensive experience in human resources includes significant tenures at C&A, where roles ranged from Head of People & Culture to HR Manager, and at IMBSE GmbH as an Ausbildungscoach. Early career experiences include a role as a Masterstudent in the Personalentwicklung department at Deutsche Telekom and as a student assistant at Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster.
