Mieke Vriend

Mieke Vriend currently serves as the Manager of International Payroll and Support at Action, overseeing a team of 45 full-time employees focused on both in-house payroll and payroll vendor management, while managing payroll responsibilities for various countries including the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Spain, and Portugal. Prior to this role, Mieke was the Teamlead of HR Services, managing an international team responsible for HR mutations and terminations across several European nations and successfully implementing HR administration processes. Mieke's previous experience includes managerial positions at DEKRA People and DEKRA Claims and Expertise B.V., alongside early roles in retail and administrative support. Mieke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Labor from INHolland and completed secondary education in Economics and Society at RSG Enkhuizen.
