Benedicta Morrow

Benedicta Morrow is the CEO of Action4Youth and has been a key leader in development and alumni relations across several prestigious institutions. Previously, they served as the Director of Development and Alumni Relations at Cranfield University and as the Deputy Director of Development and Alumni Relations at University College London. Benedicta worked as a Senior Development Officer and Executive Director of the Business Leadership Council at Wellesley College, where they contributed significantly to a fundraising campaign that raised over $400 million. Additionally, they are a member of the Board of Trustees for YMCA Milton Keynes and hold a Master of Business Administration from Cranfield School of Management.
