Eric Graves

Eric Graves is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with extensive experience in the quality assurance and food testing industries. As the Founder and CEO of Actionable Quality Assurance since December 2013, Eric has spearheaded initiatives to leverage predictive analytics for actionable insights in the restaurant sector. Previously, as CEO of ABC Research Holding Co., LLC from April 2009 to March 2015, Eric successfully led the company, a renowned food testing laboratory, to acquisition by Merieux NutriSciences after revitalizing its operations. Eric also served as Chief Operating Officer at ABC Research Corporation in 2007-2008, focusing on standardized operational performance, and was the CEO of Suntec Paint, Inc. from 2001 to 2004, managing a custom paint and coatings manufacturer. Eric's educational background includes an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BSGE in Economics from Northwestern University.
