Steve Iaccheo has a diverse range of work experience in various technology and management roles. Steve started their career at EBS (Citicorp Dealing Resources) in 1992 as a Sr. Developer and later worked at The Chase Manhattan Bank as a Consultant. In 1998, they joined EBS Dealing Resources as a Sr. Software Engineer and eventually became a Team Lead, responsible for leading a team in reviewing business requirements and creating technical approaches.
Steve then moved to ICAP/EBS Dealing Resources and served as the VP of Development for ICAP's EBS global foreign exchange trading system. Steve managed development teams and was responsible for screen trading interfaces, HFT algorithmic trading interface, core trading services, market data, and STP support.
In 2011, Steve joined Goldman Sachs as a Vice President in Operations Technology, where they led global development teams and worked closely with business partners to create solutions for monitoring the clearance and settlement process. Steve also ensured the accuracy of the firm's position and transaction records.
Steve's next role was at Barclays, where they were responsible for delivering critical Compliance projects as part of the TRANSFORM Artemis initiative for Barclays Wealth and Investment Management. This involved data extraction from legacy production systems, vendor consumption of data, and feed back to Barclays' strategic data warehouse.
After Barclays, Steve worked at Citi as the Senior Vice President of Compliance Technology Services. Steve successfully resolved compliance issues with the CitiKYC system and implemented processes to reduce the number of open problem tickets.
At Fiserv, Steve was a Software Development Engineering Manager, overseeing the Dispute Management applications portfolio. Steve led the integration and deployment of a third-party disputes platform and developed an architectural approach to optimize data flow.
Steve then joined LiveRamp as an Engineering Manager, leading the Outbound Platform Integrations team. Steve established and maintained integrations with major publishers, delivering large amounts of data daily to file- and API-based destinations.
Currently, Steve works at ActionIQ as an Engineering Manager for Customer Experiences and Real Time teams. Steve is responsible for enabling customers to set up and execute activations, journeys, and campaigns. Steve also collects and unifies real-time customer events for decision-making and orchestration across channels. Steve'stech stack includes AWS, Kubernetes, Scala 3, Spark, and various data management tools.
Throughout their career, Steve has demonstrated strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and a track record of delivering complex projects.
Steve Iaccheo holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Technology from the New York Institute of Technology. Later, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the Stevens Institute of Technology.
