Ernesto Villafuerte Jiménez

Ernesto Villafuerte Jiménez has a diverse work experience in various industries. Ernesto started their career as a Bilingual Customer Service and Telephone Consultant at Conect Center Mexico in 2016. Ernesto then worked as a Customer Service and Content Creator at Viajes Jahdai S.A. de C.V. in 2016-2017, where they were responsible for sales, conducting satisfaction surveys, and providing advice to customers. In 2017, they briefly worked as a Sales Advisor at ANEXA, where they gained expertise in phone usage and provided support to the team. Furthermore, they worked as a Call Center Representative at Ayda in 2017, contributing to sales efforts, objection handling, and customer support. In 2018, they worked as a Debt Advisor at Resuelve.mx, managing client portfolios, negotiating with financial institutions, and selling products. Ernesto then joined POP MART in 2019 as a Marketing and Sales Analyst, Content Creator, and Web Designer. In this role, they developed the company's web portal, created engaging content across various platforms, managed ecommerce sales, and implemented marketing campaigns.
