Ruchika Jain

Ruchika Jain is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in fund operations and corporate finance. Currently serving as Director of Fund Operations at Actis since July 2009, Ruchika Jain has held progressive roles including Senior Manager and Manager in Funds Administration, providing support to investment teams throughout the transaction lifecycle and overseeing portfolio performance analysis. Prior to Actis, Ruchika Jain worked as a Senior Consultant at Grant Thornton, focusing on corporate finance assignments and due diligence, and was actively involved in the Government and Infrastructure Advisory sector. Ruchika Jain began the professional career as an Executive in Audit & Taxation at ANM & Associates, handling statutory audits and taxation matters. Ruchika Jain holds a Diploma in IFRS from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and is a qualified Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, complementing an academic background in commerce from Delhi University.
