Holly Smith

Holly Smith is an Associate at ScaleCo Capital, a Cleveland-based private equity firm specializing in leveraged buyout and growth equity investments in fast-growing companies within the Great Lakes region, since September 2021. Prior to this role, Holly served as a Lifeguard at Nomahegan Swim and Tennis Club from May 2016 to August 2019, while also balancing responsibilities as a student athlete at the University of Delaware from August 2017 to May 2019. Holly gained additional experience as a Waitress at Seafare Chippery from September 2015 to May 2016. Holly holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from the University of Delaware, awarded in 2021.
