Dirk Jasper Keegstra

Dirk Jasper Keegstra is an experienced professional specializing in rural development, community participation, and livability. Currently serving as gebiedsregisseur en programmaleider at Gemeente Midden-Groningen since April 2020 and as a member of the raad van commissarissen at Woningcorporatie Actium since January 2023, Dirk has also run a freelance consultancy, DJ Keegstra Procesbegeleiding, focusing on similar themes since February 2013.
