Edger Alberts

Edger Alberts is an experienced professional in real estate development and project management. Currently serving as Project Leader for Real Estate Realization at Woningcorporatie Actium since June 2019, Edger works within a team to improve, sustain, and innovate a housing portfolio comprising 16,000 units. In addition, Edger holds the role of Team Manager for Real Estate Realization at 't Hunebed Dierenbegraafplaats since October 2022 and operates as the owner of Alberts Outdoor, providing custom outdoor structures. Previous positions include Business Leader for Asbestos at Bork Groep and various project leadership roles at Beter Wonen Vechtdal and Woningstichting SWZ. Edger holds an engineering degree in Construction Management from Windesheim HTS Bouwkunde and completed VWO at Menso Alting College.
