Leila Martin

Leila Martin is a Senior Associate at Activate Capital, a growth-stage venture capital firm focusing on sustainable transformation of the global economy. Previously, Leila worked as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in the climate and sustainability practice. Leila also held leadership roles within BCG Canada's Indigenous Reconciliation Working Group, Recruiting Team (University of Toronto), and Green Team. Additionally, Leila was a Volunteer Consultant at Cape York Partnership and a Business Analyst at Botler AI, supported by the Creative Destruction Lab MBA course at the Rotman School of Management. Leila holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, specializing in Finance and Economics, from the University of Toronto.
