Candace B. has a background in human resources, recruitment, and student engagement. Currently working as a Business Engagement Specialist in the construction industry, Candace has experience working with various companies such as Virgin Atlantic and Impact Business Group. Candace has a strong focus on building collaborations between education and industry to inspire the next generation of construction professionals. Prior to their current role, Candace also worked in cabin crew and recruitment roles. Candace attended Theale Green and St Gabriels School for their education.
