Michael Gibson

Michael Gibson is a professional with extensive experience in food science, nutrition, and culinary skills. Michael has held various roles in product development and management in well-known companies such as Waitrose & Partners, Tesco, and Asda. Currently, Michael serves as a Chef Lecturer at Activate Learning, bringing their expertise to educate and inspire future chefs. Michael also holds a PGCE in Secondary Education and Teaching from the University of Buckingham, and a Bachelor of Science in Food & Nutrition from Bath Spa University.
