Emily Kirsch is the Founder and CEO of Powerhouse, an innovation firm focused on partnering with global corporations to engage with and acquire innovative startups in the clean energy and mobility sectors. In addition, Emily serves as Founder and Managing Partner of Powerhouse Ventures, which supports seed-stage startups developing market-driven solutions to address climate challenges. Emily holds board positions at Station A, Recurrent, and Ensemble Energy, while also contributing to the NYSERDA Investor Advisory Board and the World Economic Forum as a Young Global Leader and member of the Global Future Council on Advanced Energy Technologies. Previously, Emily played a pivotal role in the Ella Baker Center for Human Rights, organizing successful campaigns for green jobs and climate initiatives.
