Rachel Rabe

Rachel Rabe is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in accounting and grants management. Currently serving as Grants Analyst and Grants Manager at Activate since September 2021, Rachel has previously held key financial roles, including Finance Director at Two Rivers Regional Council of Public Officials and Plant Accountant at Continental Cement. With a strong foundation in managing state and federal grants, reconciling accounts, and ensuring budgetary compliance, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in financial analysis, payroll management, and reporting. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, both from Western Governors University, along with an Associate of Science from John Wood Community College.
