"We influence people, to influence people." Our Vision: To be the leader in developing extraordinary influencers. Our Mission: We inspire and equip leaders and organizations to have legacy impact by developing their people and teams a cultivating a thriving culture of influence. Through a lifelong of learning, years of intense and purposeful planning, and ongoing strategic frameworks, we’re ready to serve you. Activate Your Influence LLC was founded on one principle; to inspire leaders and organizations to give their circle of influence the best version of themselves. In 2018, our founder Rodney sold his business Amish Family Food Distributors and during that process he realized that nothing trumps influence. We all have it, but many don’t fully realize the potential of their impact. Our influence (and one’s ability to understand and respond to it) is a direct reflection of our productivity, growth, and impact. Having been involved in various industries and leading and working with teams for many years, our passion for people and developing leaders has become our obsession. Organizational health is at the top of the list when it comes to the priorities of great organizations. Healthy people make healthy organizations. We believe healthy people take a balanced approach when it comes to work, home, relationships, hobbies, and faith. Through organizational consulting, and individual and team development, peer advisory groups, and coaching – we work with leaders to inspire them to Activate Their Influence. We use numerous proprietary resources as well as time-honored history and researched-based tools through national third-party partnerships.
