Program Manager at Activate

Samantha Ehrmann has a diverse work experience. Samantha worked as an Associate Program Manager at Activate Marketing Services, LLC from March 2021 to the present. Prior to that, they were a Program Manager at the same company from September 2020 to March 2021.

Before joining Activate, Samantha worked as a Research Assistant at the National Center for Juvenile Justice from February 2015 to June 2019. Their role involved assisting in the development of juvenile justice system measures, studying best practices in arrest data collection, and designing a national curriculum framework.

In 2013, Samantha held multiple positions. Samantha was a Student Assistant Coordinator at the University of Tampa from August 2013 to May 2014, where they managed and trained building desk assistants and advised resident assistants on programming. Samantha also interned at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office from September 2013 to December 2013.

Additionally, Samantha was a Research Assistant at The University of Alabama at Birmingham in June and July 2013, participating in a research project on identifying barriers to methamphetamine use among Black Communities. Samantha also worked as a Resident Assistant at the University of Tampa from August 2012 to May 2013, where they were recognized for upholding organizational policies and values and maintaining a strong community among residents.

Before that, Samantha interned as an Intake Intern at the Hillsborough County Juvenile Assessment Center from September 2012 to December 2012, administering screenings and generating intake reports. Samantha also served as a Counselor and Coach at Girls on the Run International from February 2012 to May 2012 and worked as a Rental Agent and Receptionist at Nettles Coastal Realty from December 2010 to July 2011.

Samantha Ehrmann attended Broward College from 2008 to 2010 and obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies. Samantha then went on to enroll in the University of Tampa from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminology.
