Sagar Lachmansing

Sagar Lachmansing is an accomplished professional in regulatory affairs and quality assurance with extensive experience spanning over three decades in diverse roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as a Specialist in Regulatory Affairs and Technical Manager at Actlabs since February 2021, Sagar has also contributed as an SQF Consultant at Sagar Consulting since April 2018. Previously, Sagar held the position of Vice President of Food Safety and Quality Assurance at Aurochemicals and managed operations in life sciences and pharmaceutical sectors at Activation Laboratories Ltd. Sagar's career began as an Analytical Chemist at GlaxoSmithKline, with earlier management roles at Massy Distribution (Guyana) and NEW GPC Inc. Educational credentials include a B.Sc. in Chemistry and Biology from the University of Guyana, an M.Sc. in Natural Products Chemistry from the same institution, and further studies in ISO 9000 at Seneca Polytechnic.
