Ajay A.R.

Ajay A.R. has extensive experience in the tech industry. Ajay began their career in 2004 as a Software Engineer at Kodiak Networks. In 2005, they moved to Samsung India Software Operations, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. From 2007 to 2010, they were a Senior Software Consultant at Fujitsu, followed by a similar role at Bloomberg LP from 2010 to 2012. In 2015, they founded Talent Pegs, where they served as Founder and wore multiple hats. In 2016, they founded Galijob, and in 2017, they founded Fwd. Ajay currently serves as System Architect and CTO at Activ Doctors Online, a role they have held since 2018.

Ajay A.R. holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) in Business Analytics, and a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
