- From December 2017 to September 2020, they worked as a Senior Account Manager/Product Development Manager at Topson Downs of California, Inc. In this role, they were responsible for handling sales, development, and production responsibilities, managing customer communication, sample development, sourcing, costing, and production, and working with the design team to merchandize collections.

- From August 2014 to November 2017, they worked as an Account Manager at Topson Downs of California, Inc. In this role, they streamlined communication and partnership between customers and internal teams, and worked closely with the design team to develop and merchandize products.

Éimear McDermott attended Georgetown University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in History and Spanish. Following this, they pursued further education at the Fashion Institute of Technology from 2009 to 2011, obtaining an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Fashion/Apparel Design.
