Erik Hegbom has held various leadership roles since 2013 at Active Brands AS, including Chief Growth Officer and General Manager of Sweet Protection, as well as Chief Sales Officer overseeing brands such as Kari Traa, Johaug, Dæhlie, Bula, and Åsnes. With extensive experience in strategic planning, design, development, marketing, and sales, Erik has managed teams of up to 56 staff. In addition to current board memberships at Db Equipment AS and Tunge Ting AS, Erik previously served as CEO of Skigutane, where significant contributions were made to brand development and sales. Prior experience includes a role as Country Sales Manager for Nike Norway, achieving notable turnover results.
