Pat Matthews

Pat Matthews has over two decades of experience in the technology industry. In 1999, they co-founded Webmail.us and served as CEO. During this time, they were able to lead the company from $100,000 in revenue in 2002 to a run-rate of nearly $10 million in 2007. In 2007, Pat moved to Rackspace and served in various roles, including Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Senior Vice President of Cloud Computing. In 2011, they were promoted to Senior Vice President and joined the Rackspace senior leadership team. In 2015, they became the CEO of Filestack and was responsible for uploading images and files of any kind, transforming them into different styles and formats, and delivering them rapidly and responsively to the world. In 2017, Pat founded Active Capital, where they currently serve as Founder and CEO.

Pat Matthews graduated from Virginia Tech in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
