Richard Martin received their Bachelor of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Penn State University, where they attended from 1977 to 1981. Richard then pursued further education at Southern California, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Technology Management from 1994 to 1999. During the same period, they also earned a Doctor of Science degree in Technology Management from Southern California. No information is available regarding their education at SMU.
