Randy Williams is a seasoned geoscientist with extensive experience in environmental geoscience and project management. Currently serving as the Mining Department Lead, Senior Project Manager, and Kamloops Office Lead at Active Earth since October 2025, Randy focuses on expanding the company's Mining Division and establishing a presence in Kamloops, BC. Previously, Randy held roles at Teck Resources Limited, SLR Consulting, SNC-Lavalin, Golder, and TROW Associates Limited, specializing in the design and management of environmental programs, hydrogeological investigations, and remediation of contaminated sites across Western Canada. Randy possesses a Bachelor of Science in Earth and Ocean Science from the University of Victoria and has participated in specialized training at the Bulkley Valley Research Center.
