Loren-Ashley Peterson, PharmD, CDCES, currently serves as the Clinical Pharmacy Manager for CKD/Population Health at ActiveHealth since March 2022. Prior experience includes the role of Population Health Clinical Pharmacist Coordinator at Advocate Aurora Health from December 2019 to September 2021 and Assistant Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Concordia University-Wisconsin from August 2012 to December 2019. Additionally, Loren-Ashley worked as a Clinical Pharmacist in Ambulatory Care at Milwaukee Health Services, Inc. during the same period, focusing on diabetes management, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, asthma/COPD, and smoking cessation.
