Sansei Fowler M.D., Mph

Sansei Fowler, MD, MPH has a diverse range of work experience in various healthcare settings. They currently serve as the Medical Director at ActiveHealth Management since March 2017. Previous to this role, they worked as the Associate Medical Director at Network Health/Tufts Health Plan from May 2012 to March 2017. They also served as a Quality Improvement Consultant at the Boston Public Health Commission from October 2011 to June 2014. Dr. Sansei Fowler earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Neuroscience from The Johns Hopkins University, graduating in 1999. Following this, Dr. Fowler attended Harvard Medical School from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained their Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree. Later, in 2012, Dr. Fowler pursued further education at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, completing a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Care Management.
