Marc Catellier

Marc Catellier has a diverse work experience in various roles involving CRM administration, client services, sales, and business development.

From 2021 to the present, Marc has been working as a Global CRM Administrator at Active International. In this role, they have been responsible for administering Salesforce and providing support to users across multiple countries.

Prior to Active International, Marc worked at Legends from 2018 to 2021 as a Group Service Associate at One World Observatory. Here, they utilized Salesforce extensively, trained new hires on its usage, and assisted the CRM team in gathering business requirements.

Before Legends, Marc worked at the New Jersey Devils from 2014 to 2017. Marc served as an Account Manager, Member Services, where they utilized Salesforce to maintain client data, build and maintain relationships with season ticket members, and renew and upsell memberships. Prior to that, they worked as a Ticket Sales Associate, selling ticket packages and serving as an ambassador for new hires.

Marc also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at Ithaca College from 2011 to 2012, where they performed outreach efforts to expand the network of the School of Business and managed a student staff. Marc also worked as a Business Development Intern at Vanguard Printing in 2011, developing leads and managing a CRM database.

In 2010, Marc worked as a Special Events Coordinator - Intern at Tri-City ValleyCats, Inc., where they coordinated group events and enhanced their skills in time management, organization, communication, and customer service.

Marc Catellier has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Marketing from Ithaca College. Marc also holds an MBA from Ithaca College. In addition to their formal education, Marc has obtained several certifications, including Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder, Salesforce Superbadge - App Customization Specialist, Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA), Salesforce Superbadge - Business Administration Specialist, Salesforce Superbadge - Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist, and Salesforce Superbadge - Security Specialist. Marc has also completed various courses and trainings on accounting, banking, bookkeeping, Excel, financial accounting, managerial accounting, QuickBooks, and financial record keeping from LinkedIn.
