Davis Brimer is an experienced entrepreneur with a career spanning over 30 years. In 1990, they began their journey as a self-employed child entrepreneur. In 2003, they became a professional DJ, DJ'ing and MC'ing for audiences ranging from 50 to 2,000+. In 2004, they co-hosted the 'Leaders in Innovation' Lecture Series & TV Program and 'On the Edge' 91.9FM KCSB radio show. In 2005, they were the President & Executive of the UCSB Student Entrepreneur Association. In 2007, they founded Active Life Scientific, Inc., a diagnostics & life science research instrument company that developed an FDA approved device for measuring bone quality. In 2013, they joined the Arthritis Foundation Advisory Board. In 2016, they became a Principal at Brimer Ventures. In 2018, they co-founded Gallant, a stem cell banking and regenerative medicine for pets, and was retained as an advisor through 2020. In 2020, they founded and became the CEO of Gamisodes, a company that allows users to game their favorite episodes.
Davis Brimer attended UC Santa Barbara from 2003 to 2007, graduating with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. During their time at UC Santa Barbara, they also completed a Technology Entrepreneurship Certificate from the Technology Management Program (TMP).
