Emma Tatlow is the Chief Executive Officer at Active Lincolnshire since May 2020. Prior to this, Emma worked at Destination Plymouth as the Project Manager for the American Connections project and as the National Visitor Economy Manager for the Mayflower400 project. She has a background in marketing and tourism management, having held positions such as Head of Visit Lincoln and Marketing Manager at various organizations. Emma has a strong track record in developing tourism strategies, managing marketing campaigns, and building partnerships within the industry.

We champion and advocate for the positive power that sport and physical activity has on everyone’s lives. We strive for equity and use physical activity to address social and health inequalities. We work with key partners across Lincolnshire to encourage more people to be more active, more often.
